Customers are also invited to try our anti-aging care and whitening care that employs POLA’s cutting-edge techniques in a luxurious environment.

POLA’s counseling and cosmetics draw from our many years spent studying women’s skin. Using a future skin rendering derived from POLA’s cutting-edge skin analysis, customers receive advice regarding the care most suited for them. We also offer art you can use in daily life in the form of fashion items, cosmetic accessories, and gifts. Our lineup is centered around Thank You 3-9 Project-certified products made by the artisans who are the backbone of local industries in Japan, as well as items by new creators.
Polishing Beauty and Sensibilities in an Art Space
POLA Ginza opened in 2009 offering a wondrous and comfortable spatial experience, created by Jean-Philippe Nuel, that captures the pure clarity, femininity, and natural beauty of modern women. In August 2016, POLA Dots were added to this environment as a new symbol of our aspirations, creating a more artistic space. Customers are invited to enjoy refining their beauty and sensibilities amidst this unique art space.

Born in France in 1961. After studying architecture at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris, he became a DPLG (first-class registered) architect. He has received worldwide acclaim in the field of interior decor for his work on luxury European hotels and other establishments.
